Falsely accused: Hofstra student made up gang rape story

The student who alleged she was gang raped by five men inside a Hofstra University dormitory bathroom on Sunday has admitted to making the entire story up, the Nassau County District Attorney's office confirmed on Wednesday night.

Charges against the four men arrested have since been dropped.

this women in effect raped them. and that is how it should be seen, she is dirty, she lied and she attempted to rape them. she wanted to damage their lives, she wanted to hurt them in a lasting way. and she succeeded with no real consequence. she deserves to be locked up in prison and labeled a sex offender. she uses sex as a weapon, she uses it to hurt others, she very much is a sex offender. i don't know why the public doesn't see it, there is so much injustice.

and this is the reason that men should not have their names released to the public BEFORE an official conviction of rape. these guys will suffer damage because some people will associate their name with rape and not have learned that they were cleared of it. there is real and lasting damage to their reputation as well as their lives. think they will trust women as much in the future? think that this has no lasting emotional scars on them? false rape accusations are just as bad as rape.
