  • Cheers mate, this little jump forward i do it's not much but it's a problem nonetheless.. Kind of change the bar's path/course

    I'll try something different for a while full extension on the tip of the toes, no jump, see how it helps.

  • yep, pause 0:24 0:42 0:50 0:60 etc, the bar is in line with your toes, the bar should be in the middle of the foot, so move the bar closer to your shins, and lift up you behind to adjust back angle. Your stance may be a little too narrow as well.

    Also the usual finish the extension.

    looks like you're cutting the pull short, good lifts though, you're def strong enough for 100

  • Great job!  Some minor tweaks and you have 100 easily, looks like you're more than strong enough for it already
