You don't know half of what you think you do. Check your facts. The media and big corporations made this case out to be "frivolous" and convinced an idiot like you to take away YOUR right to sue. It's not like she burnt her tongue on coffee, she suffered 3rd degree burns on about 16% of her body, predominately her lap. If that were you, your dick would have been burnt off.
