MPD Kidnaps Big Mike pt 1

I try to gather as much info from the police who just earlier drew guns at me in my kitchen in order to apprehend Big Mike for a disorderly conduct charge in Nashua PD

The "crime" of disorderly conduct is a fabricated charge which is used as a catch all when a cop feels you are not sufficiently obeying his dictates. But these "charges" stemmed from an event that occurred a month ago. Do you think that police should be able to bring up charges and send men with guns to your house more than a month after the alleged crime occurred?

I'm glad you got this, but people need to understand, their badge numbers mean nothing. You need to get their NAMES. They are human beings, lawfully responsible for their actions, and they MUST IDENTIFY THEMSELVES by law anytime they're committing an act that would otherwise be a crime for an an individual to commit. Even their RSAs recognize this in the police-officer identification statute. And kidnapping is definitely a crime.
