NICE! The buggy isn't bad either.

You should consider going fiber ! At least on the panels first ! Some glass fiber and polyester resin for the moulding and then some carbon ( 3 or 4 layer textil ) , some kevlar ( for the flex and impacts ) ! You would be impressed with the loss of weight !
