Woman fell asleep mini van accident Hillsboro Road

This single vehicle accident in front of 1090 Hillsboro Road sent a 77 year old woman to hospital with injuries. The woman fell asleep while driving the mini van, crossed over going into the ditch and hitting a culvert on Route 114. This is just east of the town of Riverview. Both lanes were shut down for a hour while District 11 RCMP & Riverview Fire Dept. dealt with the accident scene. Video aired on CTV news with Bruce Frisko & Breakfast Television on A.

I love how in the majority of your videos, your on the road faster than the FD/PD etc. I assume you have a scanner of some sort, if this is true, in the videos in which you are on the road and FRs are passing you, are you already on the road, or are you leaving your home?

@wakeNbakeish yes I have 3 scanners , sometimes I'm leaving my home or sometimes i'm out and about , Moncton is a small city so its easy to get around.

@Newschaser I thought police scanners were illegal in Canada? The reason I ask is because when I was there last I asked at Radio Shack (I think that's the name?) and the guy said they are illegal. If they aren't illegal, where in Canada do you get them?
