@RubenDelight just realized I formulated my statement exactly how that girl formulated her claim on why your picture was fake :P not intended like that, but I do think you can't just, eat healthy, and have a six pack, it does take some working out to get to that point

As a guy with a seriously low body fat percentage (6.5%) I can say that my abs were barely visible, until I started exercising a couple months ago. There might have been a little outline, but it still doesn't look like yours. You don't work out, but lifting up your one leg every step you take is in essence, working out your abs, although not that noticable while you're doing it, it does keep them fit. And it was probably your summer of exercise that got them looking like that in the first place.

@whooaduude soy substances are actually things you should avoid, as there are natural saturates in things like milk, lamb from a butcher (no supermarket shit that's been packed with chemicals) and so on, help you in burning fat. I know it's weird as saturates are things you should avoid but you also need natural saturates and sugars.
