Might be an animation connected to the bomb-door/cargo-door key.
It looked pretty darned good.

It's really complicated, it has to do with setting like, 4 aircraft in 1, but not making 3. So they are just point 0'0. Which the flares come out. But the other 3 aren't really there, and dont fly. They are just kinda stuck there.

Fly in the WW3 server in an AC-130. I think it's a server script that does it.

Flares are automatically equipped on each aircraft.
