This isnt a traffic jam. Hell you only have 3 or 4 lanes. Come to ATL...10 lanes bumper to bumper b/c its going on...Clt..well SUCKS.

What is the reason the traffic is so bad here. 85 is open and there is always traffic in this area. There is nothing in this area to slow down traffic but it does. I will never understand.

My neighbor my friend. Please, this is nearly unforgivable. I travel all over the east coast for work and Charlotte is at times congested. Not usually so bad that it can compare to Atlanta, DC, NYC. Lets be honest here, what you are doing is the reason Southerners get such a bad rep for driving and be less than intelligent. My advice, if you don't like traffic then move somewhere no one wants to live and the traffic will be as light as a breeze.
