@McLovein504 at least i can drive my yacht and know i will not do such a stuiped thing like that pirotes paradise rules

To those without boaters license, when both boats are under their own power, (rules dif for sail boats), the larger less maneuverable boat has the right of way. The smaller one will have a quicker response to any input by the captain to divert. Both Captians are responsible to change course regardless, but the smaller one here should be at fault for not even tempting to divert.

ahiii pesante....bello ammaccone

You can make an argument for either boat but the simple fact is both of them are fucktards if they cant steer away a little bit. And anyone who calls me stupid probably owns something below 25 feet anyways, so get the fuck out.

@WIMEvideos The bigger boat has the right of way? Absolute nonsense. In this case the other boat had the right of way because it came from the right side
The smaller yacht has more control of his boat's direction, therefor has the right of way. However, when I am on my boat, I don't play by those rules. I usually move out of the way as well, am I going to let someone else be responsible for the health of my boat? Both boats are at fault. Shame it has to happen, Of the thousands of miles of water to be in you had to be in the 50 foot span of danger....
