Good eye. I built this Gambler very light (just under 6 ounce). At that weight, I could only launch about 60 ft, and the airplane didn't glide very well (sort of like trying to throw a potato chip). I added half an ounce of ballast, and it now launches near 80 ft and flies much better. For comparison, I launch a SideWinder II (at 10 ounces) about 130 ft, and a DL-50 (at 8 ounces) about 100.
