@kbbles A float serve can be achieved by stopping your hand in mid air when you contact the ball. Kind of like a jerking motion.

@bestwishesmaple but what's the difference when trying to do an overhand between trying to do a float serve?

@kbbles A float serve is harder to receive. Cause the ball tends to drop in front of you before you can even hit it.
