Charlotte has way more beauty in architecture, culture, museums, live performance theaters, the banking industry which is 2nd largest next to NYC and is large enough to host the Democratic National Convention in September 2012 to say the least. Charlotte needs to be compared to Atlanta or a larger city since it continues to grow, even in this difficult market.

Kiethjohnson20988, metro Atlanta has over 5million people metro charlotte has under 2million. Look it up. An yes U have to count suburbs where people live and work.

Dallas Tx is shiting on both cities even if u put both together. U can't compare charlotte to atl either. U need to compare it to Indianapolis or cincinatti or maybe even Tampa . Atl is far to large to compare charlotte to.
