Nice machine, RD. I can't quite make out the rpm and airspeed-is it close to 72mph and 75%cruise wth HKS? ( like Factory site says)-head/tailwind? Thanks. Looks like fun though. I'm considering HKS vs 912
Thanks! The HKS here is turning 5000 RPM, about 80%. The Chinook is flying with all four doors off (high drag), and is not yet trimmed, as I'm still working to get reflex set. It takes a bit of back pressure for level flight, which I think can be remedied by some additional reflex. That should also reduce drag. I'll post another vid soon which should give a good view of level flight speed/RPM.
