  • 50-40-90. Nuff said

  • @gurudicknanak how many times was amare hurt and they made it to the playoffs? Malone wasn't hurt. Malone is a Hall of Fame player - top 50 in some respects. You're telling me Stockton didn't need him to get pass the first round? You telling me throwing 10-15 dimes a game to the Jeff Hornaceks of the Jazz and scoring 15 points was enough to beat Clyde, Hakeem, Magic or Barkley? Man, please. Granted, Nash might've been 3rd those years, he still earned the right to be MVP. Stockton never did.

  • @TheDJIdris Those two Mvp's are the gayest mvps ever given out. Kobe was in his prime killing the NBA those years, he deserved them both. If not him then Dirk or D-Wade. Look up their stats.

What are you talking about Stockton needing Malone? He could have assisted anyone, there is a reason he is all time assist leader. There was a reason he was on the dream team, and Nash thrives without Amare? What the hell happened to Phx after Amare left?

  • nash shoulda won mvp the suns are nothing about them

  • @gurudicknanak Nash has back-to-back MVPs. He's an assist leader. The only player to 60-50-40 two times. Granted, he plays in an offensive-orienated era, his style relies on his accuracy, shooting ability, and he has lead his team where Stockton required Malone to get pass the 1st round. Nash may have been assisted in the past with Marion and/or Amare, but without them he still thrives. Jordan overshot Magic Johnson in that quote too - so I'll disregard it. You made the comparison. I improved it

  • @TheDJIdris Get the fuck out of here! Stockton leads all tiime in assists and steals. No one will ever catch him in assists. Stockton was hella clutch too and get buckets whenever he wanted. Nash is a great scorer, passer, and clutch player as well but not Stockton level. Jordan said no one in the history of the game is a better playmaker than Stockton, when a dude of Jordan's caliber speaks you listen.

  • @gurudicknanak difference is Nash is better than Stockton.

  • There's no winning when defending Steve Nash, there's only hoping to not be embarassed. The reason being is because Steve Nash is so creative. I think he's creative because his liking for soccer. Soccer players are very good at the improv!

  • canadian
