Love that song they are the greatest flatpickers in the world.

The first part of both songs are the same but Lost Indian's progression stays the same throughout. Cherokee Shuffle has a second part which chord progression is completely different. It goes I-IV-I-IVI-IV-I-vi-V-I.

You're right flatpikinguitar, Lost Indian is also from that compilation Tony Rice cd which originally came from the Norman Blake and Tony Rice 2 cd of 1990. Looks like that Martin D-28 guitar was originally owned by Clarence White and Tony acquired it in 1975.
