@MrMJ6358 Manny has to sign off, what he says to the media outside negotiations means nothing, it's all talk... And Arum is already making excuses for not letting the fight happen. Not to mention You hear Manny's Team saying they won't test as well. That's not professional at all. Floyd never lied, he said Manny was next, and he wants to fight Manny, but then again.. for negotiation purposes, he had to retract that statement, but it's now in the news that Floyd is fighting May 5th and wants MP.

@quenquen411 As a matter a FACT Manny has been interviewed on several occasions that he has agreed to the blood test. What else do you want, it is coming from the man himself. Mayweather has been interviewed lying to his fans and making excuses about Manny's unbelievable way he's moved up in weight. At the end of the day it is just excuses. Just fight.
