living with pcos

When i was a young girl i always told my mom i am going to have have 2 kids well when i turned 19 years old i got the news that i had pcos it shatted my dreams of having kids its very depressing to me. if anyone else is surffering form this diease please help me get through it thanks and let me no what you think of my video but i am a fighter and i will get through this slowly but shurly

I also have PCOS.  I never thought I would be able to have children either. However I have a beautiful daughter that will be 11 this month. Never give up!! You can still have children I did

i am 16 and have just been diagnosed and know exactly how you feel. i come from a big family and have always wanted a big family myself, but due to having PCOS, my dreams may not all come true.

stay strong, and hopefully if we all support eachother it will become easier.

Its not the end of the world when you get diagnosed with pcos. many women with it are able to have kids with help and if you start now you can prevent other complications. I have PCOS but I have faith I will conceive. I have been trying for three years but just recently got the diagnosis. remember its not the end. Good Luck

i am 19 i was diagnosed wiv pcos wen i was 16 i have been put on metformin to help regulate things hopefully it will start to work.

your not alone more women have it than you actully think.

Hi Aek801. Please don't think you can't have kids. You are still young and hopefully after your older and married you can have the kids you desire. I have pcos and have kids. It's not impossible! Don't worry!!!

I was hearbroken after finding out I had PCOS after 3yrs of tring to have a baby.I felt like the one thing I was should be able to do I cant. But dont give up, they told be about a drug called Clomid and I concieved my now 2yr old son using it. Not only did I have PCOS against me I have a Unicornate Uterus, so I only have my left overy/tube and half a uterus.

Hi Im 14 and i have PCOS and i also wanted to have children too.And it' just been on my mind since i was diagnosed with it. I was diagnosed with it on Aug.14th 2008 i love kids so much and it just hurts me to know that i probly won't be able to have one because i also have endometriousis

I found out also when I was 19. I actually was reading a article about it and realized I had most if not all of the symptoms, took it to my doc and found out. I'm 22 now. I'm so sorry that yet another beautiful girl will be going through what millions of others do.
