My recent thought: thinking about world leads to mental tug-o-wars. Better not try those :)

My therapist DIDNT even acknowledge me as HSP. LOL.
It's a funny experience looking at NS-people doing idiotic stuff like alkcohol/drug/cigarette abuse, treating animals like humans [my little doggy :*** etc.] and trying to make excuses everafter.
Although it leads to unnecessarry concerns, I'll say it: If I were a NSP, my life would've been free from patologies NSPs accept everyday. They suck way more often than HSPs. Greets and stay calm :)))

hi Therese, i found your videos/website from valerie reiss' blog and i'm so glad i found your videos! i started to watch one last week, at the beginning of which you talk about feelings of guilt, specifically wondering if you offended a friend in an email you'd sent, because you didn't hear back right away, or assuming right away that your child is to blame for another crying child at a get together. i cannot find this video again, could you please let me know which one it is?
thanx,Jess
