About the 519 Community Center:

The 519 (519 Church St., Toronto) is a meeting place and focal point for its diverse downtown communities. We respond to the needs of the local neighbourhood and the broader Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual, Transgender, and Queer community.

The 519 is one of Toronto's oldest community centres. For over 30 years we've been the hub of community life serving the Church and Wellesley Village and beyond.

The Centre offers internationally renowned Programs and Services as well as offering meeting space to our diverse downtown communities.

The 519 is a meeting place and focal point for its diverse downtown communities. Within a supportive environment, it responds to the needs of the local neighbourhood and the broader Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTTQ) communities by supplying resources and opportunities to foster self-determination, civic engagement and community participation.
