There's a shortage of hard questions? Well, here's some for you. Why are we still in Germany, Japan, Korea and 703 military bases around the world, spending trillions of dollars when we are completely broke? What exactly is victory in Afghanistan? Why exactly did Bldg 7 at the World Trade Center fall and why was it not mentioned in the 9/11 report? What institutions got 2.3 trillions dollars of tax money? Why haven't we been auditing the Federal Reserve? Do I need to go on?

Blue Cross Blue Shield kept on jacking up my premiums surprising since I am on NO prescriptions & yearly my checkups are absolutely stellar (considering I'm vegan, it's extraordinarily healthy with labs to prove it); I do not smoke, do not drink, on NO prescriptions (don't need them). Yet being in my upper 40's, single, with a $500 deductible paying nearly $500 a month is nothing short of robbery-sad, a person of my health paying THAT MUCH just to have health insurance-insurance is KILLING ME.

I'm sorry that after you went to all the trouble to cobble this together you still haven't connected the dots; none of it amounts to a "scam." Direct bank transfers are becoming the norm with insurance because you lose coverage if you forget to pay your premiums. You do get to choose your benefits; when you choose the govt's plan over private options, that's a choice to take a certain bundle of benefits. The administration will be politically accountable if it raises taxes; its not a "scam."

Obama;s Health plan on page 59 line 21-24 The Government will have direct access to your bank account for electronic funds transfer. Page 42 the Government will choose your health care benefits, you have no choice. Page 109 line 207 the government will raise taxes to pay for Health Care as they see fit. Sorry, but even if everything you said is correct, you didn't explain how the Obama health plan is actually a "massive tax scam." Even if your point is that Obama's plan will be too expensive to fund without raising taxes, that doesn't constitute a tax "scam."
