Hi Leesha! I watched your "how to" clean my brushes but I still have one question and maybe you can help me out. I've got this eyeliner brush and when it's dirty, it's not a "dusty" dirt but "creamy" and I really need to clean it every time I use it, but I'm afraid of doing it wrong. Can you explain me how to clean an eyeliner brush? Thank you very much.

I use a combiation of dish soap (to disinfect), vinegar (to add extra cleaning power), and olive oil (to hydrate and re-condition). Works like a charm and leaves my brushes looking and feeling new. I put brush guards on them to retain the shape, then I put them in a cup upside down so all the water runs out. I hear even lying them flat, water can seep in and ruin the handle.

Err.. I don't clean them xD. OK, I do a bit - with my finger, so the powder is gone. I don't use creamy products. But yea.. they're not super clean, but clean enough for me ;)

@mrssoonerchick no it dosnt matter about using expensive cleaners but it does dry fast but for a cheaperand just as good alternative is using baby shampoo but ONLY baby shampoo as it is not as harsh or uses what i do x

@faepixiedustmagic I agree!!
i soak my brushes with vinegar; experts say it helps to remove dirt stuff like that, i clean it with baby shampoo after then rinse it off with running water
