I thought making hats with plumes (egret, ostrich, raquet bird, phaetons, terns...) was outlawed 100 years ago.

WOW. I have a very good friend whose sister is an Artist and Designer. She has just finished designing a Divine hat that wouldn't look out of place at Ascot. FAB Post.

Thankyou Irmas, beautiful video and great number. I was at Ascot on Ladies day 4 years
ago and it certainly is an eye-catching sight,
but these definitely take some beating.
