Where did you bought these "open reel cassettes"? And it looks like a metal. I have from Teac some, but is plastic and have the reels inside like a reel-to-reel. But yours is much better, the cassette, I believe is a metal, looks terrific.

you can find them on ebay,the price will be not cheap,around 100euro or more
the tape on the reels is normale bias from maxel,its a really good tape

its the 122mk2 i get it from a recordingstudio
had to put new idler motor,it is in new condition now,i don't now where you can find them,maybe on ebay
