Do you LOVE pasta, but don't like feeling tired and heavy after eating it? Well this tasty raw puttanesca recipe may be just what you are looking for!
Its fresh, raw vegan and so delicious, and best of all you can eat a huge bowl full and still feel bright and energized, no more heavy bloated pasta belly!
Note: most olives and capers are cooked, however I don't feel that this takes away from the healthful benefits of the dish, however if you would prefer you can find raw alternatives at most health stores.
I believe that we should never feel restricted when it comes to food, if you have a favorite dish, then go ahead and have it, there is always a healthier alternative to processed foods, whether its pasta, chocolate, cake or cookies, you CAN have your cake and eat it to.
Thanks for viewing, if you would like further information you can visit my website www.thebeautyplan.com
Feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions.
Have a fantastic day!

Love
