Bart Reiter Banjo Sold

I sold my Bart Reiter banjo on ebay, and put this up so folks could hear it play before they bid on it. Also linked a few other of my videos to it, so they can hear a few different tunes. It's a fine banjo and it turns out the guy who bought it knows the guy I bought it from. Fuinny how things go around. By the way, I cut this video at 4:30 am. Woke up. Couldn't sleep. That's why God made banjos you know. So that people that can't sleep late wouldn't be dismayed....... GCGCF

@fralin1966 Nope. George Lowander introduced me to this tuning. It's listed in the notes. Careful, you'll break the first string if you go to fast. It's wicked tight..

Probably easier than flying to the moon, but a little harder than learning to ride a unicycle and juggle at the same time

Very nice playin'! Bart Reiter is very talented at the craft of instrument making & musicianship as well! I remember when he 1st started at Elderly's (I wrked there a short while) & comparing his work then to now where I got to play one of his Bacon banjo creations...If I'm remeberin' right (lol)! Nice comparison!!! (I have an original Bacon w/a J. Gough (sp??) neck...superb! I better stop now, lol!!!
