  • One thing I'm curious on, is if my evga x58 SLI mobo will fit, as well as my gtx 480 galaxy super OC card. That thing's a beast.

  • @h1wayman Correct me if I'm wrong, but with a can of compressed air wouldn't it be drastically easier to clean this than a regular case screwed shut? Frankly I don't like having to open my case every time I have to clean it. Secondly isn't dust directly related to airflow anyways? In other words, isn't a case that has regular fans drawing in dust as well? Either way there'll be dust, this way it's at least easier to clean out.

  • I really want this case! I like the fact that it is all open and exposed!

  • @h1waymanto avoid alot of dust collection and damage of liquids is you set it up higher and ALWAYS KEEP FOOD AND LIQUIDS AWAY FROM YOUR COMPUTER AND NEVER SET IT ON THE CARPET will cause a static charge when moving around alot on your carpet and will fry your system and the higher you set your tower up the less dust you'll collect and prevent liquids from damaging or food as well but you should never put food or liquids around your computer please learn more about this subject b4 talking carp

  • Wiraskyyy i thought that too. but since i have owned this case for well over 6 months. I have only had to spray dust out of it twice. it took a measly 40 seconds of effort. I take a bath daily, vacuum my carpet weekly, use a damp cloth to wipe my walls down in my pc room every 9 months to a year * yeah that does get dirty believe it or not*, make sure my HVAC inside house air filter is clean. all of these things are COMMON SENSE things you must do on a regular basis..Dust WILL still form.

  • @shalomyo yeap..i get tired of this whiners that already forget people DO need to take baths daily, vacuum their pc room's carpet weekly (if that applies) once maybe twice yearly wipe the walls of the room down with a damp rag or something, wash reusable central air inside house filters/replace them as instructed, do same to airconditioning window units. this is all common sense that must be done anyways and u still must spray compressed air in regular pc case. lazy people out there.lol.

  • per antec support ticket 222364, distance from mobo tray to bottom of 250mm big boy fan shroud is 5.5 inches. factor in the distance from mobo tray bottom ( include the risers and motherboard with the cpu already installed in it) and 4.92 inch or 125mm height cpu cooler seems to be the tallest cpu cooler you can fit inside this case..any taller can possibly fit..but then that defeats the point of being able to easily slide in and out the motherboard tray for quick maintenance. cheers.
