@lacrossedog - You apparently don't know much about organized football. What this shows is a basic skill in slow motion. It works exactly like this. /watch?NR=1&v=n13d2Vz7KvQ is a perfect example. OFFENSIVE LINEMEN cannot tackle or use their hands, they are only allowed to BLOCK and this is just one method.
