Ashevlle, NC: Traeton McGlohon tries out the Kinetic
Bands. Speed training drills that develop the "Core" during your normal workouts. Quads, hams, glutes, hip, hip flexor, hip rotation, speed, power, explosion, balance, agility.
Use the Bands during your normal training routine.

  • also, if i do get them, how often do i have to train with them?? would i have to do it after a job or just warm up then use these or what?? please please get back at me..

  • @karinaacarbajal1 we suggest 3 times per week for 10-15 minutes. you can use them for your training, stretching, warm up, practice and events.

  • wait do u meen the bands train the core of ur quads hamstrings etc (that might not even make sense ) or do u meen it trains the core as in abs.. plz respond thx

  • sorry, I did not respond. Your Core in this case consist of your muscles from the lower abs to the knees. there is much more to your core then your abs.  this includes your lower abs, quads, hams, glutes, hips, hip flexor.

  • Great video. i bought a pair of these and am yet to try them out, i havent done any real proper training atall for sprinting but i get around 11.9 in the 100, do you think this could help me get closer to 11 flat?? Thanks,
