could some one plz PLEASE explain to me why gays feel an extreme need to brag about their sexual orientation? i am sick of it ...u wanna suck penis or muff dive ........WHO CARES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....u don't see heterosexuals screaming to the rooftops they are straight so why is it so important u have to tell the world ur gay?

What planet do you live on? Gays are discriminated against, and the public demonstration is for equal treatment, not bragging.

@wolfddz maybe because people in the LGBT community are not 100% accepted yet. That is what we want. So we therefore feel the need to show others we are proud of who we are, or what we go through. To show others we are still humans no matter what. We deserve to be treated equally like everyone else. So try and see it at our point of view instead of thinking about how sick of it you are. We are not bragging we are fighting for equal rights and understanding.

@wolfddz I have always told those ignorant straight people who also complain of gays 'flaunting' their sexuality. So one day i was at the beach with that person, there were two people (straight couple) totally making out and at that 'get a room' status, i turned to him and said " why are those two flaunting their heterosexuality? " He got the point real fast, shut him up.

No matter who, what, where, when or how you live in this world. No one, I mean no one has the right to kill, destroy, or hurt anyone in this world for ANY reason. We are all we have in this cold, dark universe of ours. One day when we come together as humans this world we then can then live as we please. Almost every human being has blood that flows in their veins. This should matter, nothing else.

As a woman, how many of us know when our best friend is getting married? How many of those were same sex? How many openly gay couples sit next to you in church? What if your son's gym teacher was gay? What if your daughter brought home her girlfriend? The answers to these questions are why kids are screaming out. And hetersexuals yell just as much, from the box office to the locker room. I am a straight woman and I see why we have to wake up. Right or wrong doesn't change that it exist. Wake up.

@wolfddz Define "their private lives"? I agree, in the bedroom type stuff should be kept in the bedroom but I haven't met one homosexual that runs around talking about sex sex sex! I'm sorry.. but I see several heterosexuals are all over each other publicly, braking up in public, fighting in a restaurant, ect ect.. All gays want to do is live their life without discrimination. They want to love out loud like everyone else. And love shouldn't have to be private..

We would rather not have our sexual orientation be an issue at all, but it is. We just want what all human beings have the right to, to be treated as HUMAN BEINGS! Because we're not getting equal treatment, WE NEED TO SPEAK OUT!
