Transylvanian Gothic

We have visited the beautiful Gothic Church of Saint Michael in Cluj-Napoca/Kolozsvar on two occasions. The first was a dark and rainy September afternoon in 2007. Our second visit to Szent Mihaly templom was with our Magyar friend on June 24th, 2009. St. Michael's church is one of the most important Gothic monuments in Transylvania.

Hi Vlad, the Biserica Neagra in Brasov is very impressive, but the interior of St. Michael's is a more "pure" Gothic style. I like both churches, and both cities very much.

romanians are gypsy nation. Most of them was half-nomad sepherds until the 17th century. Romanians have average dark pigmentation. They have anti-western primitive orthodox background. That's why Hungarians call them barbarian gypsy
