But when it comes to implementation and practice, he is just like any other "opportunist" political leader..Why didn't him or his party support or vote for the amendment in the ACB (Anti Corruption Bill) proposed by Dr. JP in Andhra Pradesh Assembly ? the proposal was to bring civil servants, MLA's and Ministers under ACB.
