Noah pushes Ameera away and tells her this can't happen. She cries, and Noah calls Luke for help. They discuss the problem until Ameera comes out of the bedroom with a bag and declares that she's returning home to Iraq. Luke persuades her not to and they decide, instead, to have Luke move into the cottage. He leaves, kissing Noah on the way out, and returns with a birthday cake. As Ameera blows out the candles, she wishes for her friends to be very happy as Luke and Noah smile at her.

    that was my first idea to and i'm still sure that it was. it wasn't her birthday she just didn't want to tell noah that she was upset that he missed luke and would have rathered luke had been there with him instead of her. she actually thinks that sense she's married to noah that he'd just fall in love with her. she deffently needs to go and soon.
