Thanks for not talking endlessly and getting straight to the point. I've never thought to use my coffee press for tea, I usually just leave the tea leaves in my cup. Since the press is glass though, while you're steeping the tea, do you loose a lot of heat?

I am assuming that is what they call a french press? Is the teapot necessary if you use the french press. Can you use the french press with oolong tea? Thanks

No the teapot is not necessary, you can just go straight to the cup. Yes you can use the french press with any type of tea. We will be having a huge sale on our french presses in March....just a heads up...
