Shrek 3D blu ray from Best Buy! BEWARE NO 2D option mode! Forever After

It was falsely advertised in several websites that these 3D movies would also play in 2D, but BEWARE, Shrek 1, 2 and 3 will NOT play in 2D mode! ONLY Shrek 4 Forever After plays 3D and 2D

After going back and forth with this youtuber, i purchased another 3D blu-ray player same as his, a Panasonic DMP-BDT310 and still these titles DO NOT WORK in 2D. !!!!

Shame on you Dreamworks for falsely advertising these titles would work on 2D

Here's the 4 Shrek films in 3D just released exclusively at Best Buy. They sell for $25 each and each film includes a dvd plus a $8.00 movie ticket coupon to see Puss in Boots in theaters. So lets take an up-close closer look at these four films. Its falsely advertised in several blogs and websites as well as in the disc that these blu-rays also play in 2D mode but that is NOT true. 2D option is NOT available in Shrek 1, 2 or 3. ONLY Shrek Forever After has the 2D option. This was a disc misprint..!!! I've contacted Dreamworks about this and they are correcting this issue!

Blu, just wanted to say, see how in the description you said they should make an ultimate boxset that comes with the short films. Don't you think it would be cool if they put Puss in Boots in that set seeing as though it is a Shrek spinoff.

Doesn't your 3D TV have a 2D option when you play 3D Blu-Rays? I know my Vizio 3D TVs do and I have to tell em to play in 3D. I got all 4 Movies in 3D in a 4 pack for $50 months before the BestBuy release from Amazon. (The Samsung 4 pack that someone didn't want.) If your 3D TV can view 3D Blu-Rays in 2D then this complaint is really moot.

@sawblade5 this title was supposed to have a 2D option whether or not you have a 3DTV in your home. Almost 98% of all 3D titles have the 2D option. And Shrek 1,2 and 3, does not have 2D option. Only Shrek 4 has 3D and 2D available!
