The very thing today that stops certain people from having their own freedom is religion. Would the battle for gay rights internationally still be so prevalent in the world if it wasn't for religion? @Citylife10 Dear God no I don't mean Muslims, or any other religion; I mean evil, elemental and in its raw form.  And religion has caused no deaths; what causes death is people serving evil, whether they label it 'religious' or not. The Crusades are a good example, since you brought up Muslims; they said they were all about religion, but in reality they were about greed, ambition, and bloodlust, and humans practising evil deeds upon in other with religion as a pretext.

@Citylife10 Ok well I believe the Church is the only thing that defends us against evil and is the biggest reason that we are where we are in history; if it weren't for religion, we'd be 500 years further back, as opposed to your '200 year deficit'. I do know that I won't troll on the Atheist's national anthem video :P
