Well he probably didn't remind her of his death, and why would talk about Cedric while he was on a date on Valentine's Day? They could talk about that some other time.

I see your point there. I did think that in the book, and movie Prisoner of Azkaban that he seemed only to be a background character to eveyone and thing that was going on around him, I just think that he treated people unfairly in OOTP.

It would be instesting to hear one from Cho's perspective, about the incident, or a song from Ron or Hermione's perspective when he was biting their heads off at Grimald Place. I like Harry, but he was a bit of an arse in OOTP.

It's true, but I think it displays harry's humanity in a good way. It gives him a more existant personality. Throughout the books it seems the lesser characters have the stronger personalities and Harry is more of a flat character but having him act on his anger gives him more demension. I'm not saying it creates him as a character with an asshole side, it just helps to define him.

Actually he sat there ignoring her, for about fifteen minutes, and when she tried to confide her hurt to him he blew her off saying he didn't want to talk about it. But he didn't have a problem going to the next area and spilling it all to Rita Skeeter.
