Thats a fair point, and as I said, the album isn't bad. I'd just like to have seen a little bit more imagination. I mean Maggie May? I'll never understand why the lads chose to do that....

i think jealous guy is quite good to be honest, i just don't see the point of this whole covers album, especially when they are covering tripe like Maggy May..

The covers album is a great idea!!! Noboby does covers like Aslan, they really put there own stamp on them. The album is being realesed as a double, the covers and live at oxygen together.

Couldn't agree more, their covers of Wish You Were Here and Angie are top notch, and if they did covers for the album that were worth doing it would have been a good idea, maybe a bit of Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen or something like that. I'm a huge Aslan fan and the album isn't bad but it could have been so much better with a bit more imagination..

I do agree to an extend but dont forget its an acoustic album, the idea being to strip the music down to the basics so taking that into account it woud limit the choice of songs to cover
