that's what keeps my hair long and healthy, and it's called a wrap. All black women can do this, but you have to put curls in your hair first, then wrap it around like Renee did and the next day when you take it out, you are going to love your hair. Plus it gives your hair a break from using curling irons or what have you. And your hair feels really soft. Try it, it really works.
