  • i live in a residential area and i was wondering if i use subsonic rounds in my basement would it be loud enough for people outside to hear?

  • I wouldn't think any of the above could be heard if shooting in your basement. Maybe with a couple windows open you could hear the RWS, but probably not the CCi and surely not the super colibri.

  • the scope is dead on, i just wasn't trying to impress anyone with accuracy. It was purely for noise and impact comparison.

  • Great test, the best on quiet 22 ammo I can find on youtube! I got a question hope you can answer. I've been thinking about doing some shooting in my basement with the Super Colibri. The problem is the ventilation in my basement isn't too strong and I was wondering if these rounds give out a lot of smell?

  • no smell.. to me it doesnt seem any different then firing a pellet rifle. The RWS ones have a hint of smell but not much.

  • where do u get this quiet ammo

  • Do a google search for CCI CB Long and Aguila Super Colibri. The RWS has been discontinued. There are plenty of big and small ammo distributors online, but the CCI stuff can also be found locally at Walmart, etc..

  • Strange, the RWS appears much hotter than the info indicates...

  • From another video I see that a .22lr will penetrate about 1600 pages of phone book. This is more than double the CCI CB Long and triple the Aguila Super Colibri. I think these data points are good to know. Ballistics gel penetration tests show a normal round will go through 6 to 8 inches of gel. I would guess that these go through 3 to 4 inches of gel. Thanks for the video, it was great and I learned a lot.

  • @lazybeams why the hell do u need to shoot a gun in you basement?!?!?

  • @0:54 what's that noise ?

  • How many FPS?

  • I don't care who you are, If you own a .22 LR, you have assassinated a phonebook or two in your life.

  • it's primer only ammo -there is no gun powder. it is for close range pistol shooting like indoors pistol ranges -600 ft per second- fun stuff for a back yard range

  • RWS? just curious

  • @lazybeams Nah man i shoot my airgun outside and no one calls the cops but it sounds like maybe 3/5 of what a .22 normal sounds like sure just make sure you wear eye protection and aim only at what you wanna shoot they willbouce off the walls or go in

  • 4 clicks right should do it my friend.....
