This video documents a couple more ebay Account Take Overs, also called "ATO", and also generate an email notification from ebaY, known as "TKO", to the seller/victim, when the listings are canceled.

listed on the account Seller/Victim mbaker8v, from the UK, who has ebaY store "M AND N TACK COUNTRY COMFORTS"

Apparently ebaY is actually sending the Hijacked sellers a bill for the bogus listings. Then, IT is up to the seller to run the obstacle course that is ebaY's policy
and forms to attempt to have the problem corrected

Ebay knows the listings are bogus. Why do they send a bill to anyone?
A certain amount of sellers never even know they were hijacked or do not file all the forms because they need to file a separate form for each and every item which was listed d
by the hacker-hijackers.

This FRAUD is all a BIG money maker for ebaY. They send invoices out to all these hijack victims and have been reported to use strongarm tactics to attempt to collect fees they know are bogus!

Much like the "Mass fraud by unverified chinese bidders - what has ebay profited?" Scam last year, made famous by a thread of that title on ebaY forums by ebay member "sartorialsolutions"

As for him being caught, could be - but if he was don't you think we'd hear more other than just that he was caught? Don't you think fleabay at least would be posting more, like what his sentence was?

ebay would have taken every last little opportunity to toot their own PR horn. We would have seen some form of "official" news from real law enforcement. News of extradition or something.

After the big eb PR release, they was NOTHING.

After denying they were being hacked for 2 years, they suddenly want to brag about catching an entrapment victim, NOT the real Hacker.

They never even did respond or acknowledge the hacking of snoyce at ebay either BTW
