This video was actually cutting edge for the time, believe it or not. And it is one of MP's under rated gems. Agree that Gaga stole from Dale heavily. Dale and MP were way ahead of their time.

Sure Lady Gaga is "borrowing" from Dale, but as much as I love Missing Persons, Dale was not the most powerful nor original singer...her hiccup is also a trademark of Lene Lovich as well as Cyndi Lauper. Even her wardrobe (other than her titty shields) was not terribly unique for the time (something on the order of Siouxsie Sioux - no, Toyah- wiggled into Peggy Bundy's tramp pants!) But still cooler than Gaga, I guess.

i have been waiting for this. i saw it when i was little and drew a picture of it. and i never thought i would see it again, and its still amazing!

What a gloriously terrible video. I don't think I ever actually saw the video itself back in the day, but this song was always a guilty pleasure of mine.

i thought gwen ripped off dale more the gaga. I thought gaga was ripping off Goldfrapp or terri nunn. Who is goldfrapp ripping off :D

lady gaga is cool, dale is the original, its great to see others inspired by the original work of Dale. just wish the masses knew what an inspiration she is.
