Can you please reveal some more of your secrets to me about this receipe...
Is there any need for some salt at the end or at the beginning?
If I have the spices already in powder form what would be the quantities to make a similiar mix like you have done.Thanks

@ShowMeTheCurry Than you soo much for the recipe, i live in the caribbean and curry flavored food is a very popular dish here. Wether its latin food, jamaican, trinidad etc.... we west indies folks love curry and i think its cool i can now make my own at home :) thanks so much
