ICS MS & HS Show Band _ God Save the Queen

This ensemble consists of both middle and high school students who performed at Hong Kong Disneyland on April 24, 2010. On this particular evening we wanted to perform for those who missed out on that bright blue and sunny day in front of Cinderella's Castle. Also, one of my educational objectives is to introduce all of the national anthems of those students attending ICS. During this concert we performed three anthems: China/Hong Kong/Macao, United Kingdom, and the United States. As music director and educator at an international school my objective is to provide the various nationalities within our institution with the anthems of their homeland. ICS currently has a student population of over 15 ethnic diversities. Our next concert will consist the national anthems of Canada (O Canada), Japan (Kimigayo), and Sigapore (Malujah Singapura). In closing, I would just like to say, "Excellent work ICS band and choral members ... keep up the good work!"
