I just wanted to know when u r flying is there a control tower you have to speak to or is it free flight?

Well if your uncle has a seaplane and if he has enough money, I would seriously recommend that he pays for your B747 type rating and you might get a job with a good company like "Kalitta" for example...
Remember, to work here, it takes a lot to pass the interview process. Only the best make it through.
