Workplace bullying is usually seen as acts or verbal comments that could 'mentally' hurt or isolate a person in the workplace. Sometimes, bullying can involve negative physical contact as well. Bullying usually involves repeated incidents or a pattern of behaviour that is intended to intimidate, offend, degrade or humiliate a particular person or group of people. It has also been described as the assertion of power through aggression.

In 2000 I was bullied by a Jobs Unlimited Employee, an organization that is to help people who have disability find jobs.

Elections are my favorite bullying event. One adult clique battles another adult clique with a lot of neutral adults caught in the middle. Mudslinging, character assassination, lies and sometimes violence. In the end the most vicious and manipulative adult clique convinces the neutral adult clique to side with them and then the victorious adult clique gets to hold the monopoly on violence for four to five years until it starts again.

@youtoob2006 - I almost did. My last manager was ok but gradually became dictatorial. He'd blatantly embarrass workers in front of all staff. Tried it a few times with me, acting hard. One day he physically marched me in a side room to have another pop - Thats when the Mr. Hyde emerged from within. I said you mother f***er get the f*** of me. You wanna die - I'm gunna murder you in cold blood. I started trashing the desktops and kicked in a door & that I'd be back. Fat bastard shit his pants

my boss would grab my wrist and push me. the big boss harassed me to. so i started to take notes, dates and time. i have witnesses. this went for 8 months. i was forced to quit my job. it was very stressfull, i haven't sleeped well in mothns. now i'm taking zoloft and trazodone. i want to sue them, but i can't find attorny to help me. they said was ok for them to harass me but not to grab me or push. I did turn them into the eeoc, they're being investigated. i hope they don't get away with it.
