the only difference between a wyven and a dragon is that a wyvern has 2 legs and 2 wings (but they sometimes have hands on the wings)

wereas a dragon has 2 legs 2 arms and 2 wings

size has nothing to do with it you can get all diffrent sized dragons and wyverns

ps. if you have a psp google monster hunter freedom unite check it out is a awsome game

ps. im sure chamilios had wings dam i hated fighting that monster i prefured the good old mhf 1 days

The diffrence is an Elder dragon has arms sepretly a wyvern has sometimes no arms (yian kut ku) and some have arms with wing attached (tigrex)

Some elders have no wings (chamilios, Lao and Ankator)

Some have (Fatalis and Kashala Daora)

@crazyj3uk if we're going by old-school mythology here, another difference is that Dragons had fire breath and Wyverns had poison stingers.
