@leangle1988 because while thrust vectoring is nice, now that theres BVR, this kind of maneuverability is not longer needed, holding 9-10 g's in a turn is enough,

@DailyStaley Actually the F-22 was the first combat aircraft to have thrust vectoring. Despite what the Russians like to advertise, they didn't use thrust vectoring on their aircraft until 1997, twelve years after the US. The F-22 first flew in 1990 and it was the fifth American plane with TV. So far there has not been a need to mass produce this and even Russia uses it sparingly. Keep in mind there are only 15 Su-35s and 12 of those are upgraded Su-27s, while only 20 RUAF Su-30s have TV.

@NYSP22DAVID there are only a few of the F-22 :( its a shame really because its such a beauty ...

WHY did we not implement thrust vectoring.. honestly US planes would be so so sick with it!
-
@MrRachlin Capability to drink, sure...I could agree with that. Otherwise, we always turn you out like a cheap hoe on the strip.

isn't this what the F-18 can do without MATV of and thing like that?
-
wow...never thought that the f16 had thrust vectors....

@ZombiePirate2 I Agree with you 100 percent, the sad thing is that not alot of people feel the same way
@BBEEAANN1 10+ years before?? I'm sorry, but Pugachev did the cobra in 1989 with the su27 and the MATV test flying began in 1993.
