Beagle Pups Sight Chase

Beagle pups get a glimpse of a rabbit and get pretty excited. It was a lazy day in the starting pen - just having a good visit, so I apologize for not having the camera up quicker to catch that first rabbit.

I found this video a joy to watch. Some of the comments were not a joy to read. Beagles are a fine hound. There are beagle blood lines which can be traced back before Columbus sailed the ocean blue. These hounds were well taken care of. One can see they are healthy and having a damn good time. Beagles are rabbit dogs. Just like the sky is blue and the oceans are deep. No changing that. I dont care if you have a PhD, or you're a high school drop out. Lets not judge one another. Leave that to God.

@mikeofwaterloo Good grief, I just looked back through some of these replies. I can't believe there's so much hate in the world. Anyway, thank you for the thoughtful post; I'm glad you enjoyed the video. The pups were havin' a ball. I gave one of them to a 9-year-old boy who was wanting his first beagle (his dad hunts) and he made the dog a UKC Hunting Beagle Champion. He's hooked now. It doesn't get any better than that. His 1st dog goes Champ and the boy has a decent outdoor hobby for life.

I think it'd be hilarious if they made a tv show of a bunch of hilbillies who were ready to hunt and their car broke down in the ghetto somewhere and were surrounded by a bunch of black guys.  That'd be a funny encounter.

Why would it be funny? First, have you any idea how many "black guys" are hunters and hillbillies themselves? Secondly, hillbillies are called that because they live in the hills. Why would they need to break down in a ghetto -- they hunt in their own back yards. Third, (bear with me) if it happened, it wouldn't be the first time whites saw blacks and blacks saw whites. They don't freak at each other or get violent, or amused...just because, lol. You're twelve, right?
