cosplay tutorial: Axel

I AM NOT a professional makeup artist, this is all stuff that I have learned over the years of cosplaying. I am not endorcing and of the makeup just saying what I have found that works for me.

Makeup used:
Mac prep+primer
"Fake Flesh"
Ben Nye Clear Lytex
Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse
Mac Studio Finish concealer
Maybelline super stay consealer
Mac Mineral Skin finish powder
Maybelline Mineral Powder (in a darker color then skintone)
Maybelline bronzer
Revlon ColorStay eyepin
red eyeliner
The Color Workshop eye pigments

This is how I did my Makeup when I was cosplaying as Axel from Kingdom Hearts II
Sorry for the bad quality and jumbledness of it all, this is my first Video like this. It was a learning process and hopefully my next one will be much better!

Great tutorial, i've been looking for quite a while now on how to cover eyebrows; I really didn't want to do the glue thing, it's all bumpy and horrible. x3 I also have to hug you aswell because you just saved my life, I tried my high pigment eyeshadows on my eyebrows and it worked; i've literally tried everything to make them red! :3 Thank you~! <3

You can stop at just the scar wax and powder it ALOT but I personally like the added security of the Lytex.

It takes some pratice to get a smooth coat of Lytex so try a few times at home before the event or whatever it is you are going to cover your brows for. but that goes hand in hand with anything, you never want your first time doing a characters makeup to be at the event. :) good luck

i think the reason that axel is mostly cosplayed by girls is because of his curves. I know its random...just thought I'd put it out there! ^- ^
